Greisen, originally selected by the Giants in the fifth round of the 2002 draft, has amassed 305 tackles, four sacks, one interception, 12 passes defensed, four forced fumbles and seven fumble recoveries in 98 career games (33 starts) with New York, Baltimore and Jacksonville.

“We’re happy to have Kevin under contract for the next two seasons,” said Eagles head coach Andy Reid. “When given the chance, Kevin has proven to have good command of this offense and we’re looking forward to having him operate as the number one quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles” Kolb, a second round pick in the 2007 draft, spent the first three years of his career behind Donovan McNabb, who was traded to Washington on April 4. With McNabb’s injury issues last season, Kolb stepped in and became the first player in NFL history to pass for at least 300 yards in his first two league starts.
The 25-year-old Kolb has played in 12 games during his NFL career, including five in 2009.

Galloway caught only seven passes in three games last season before he was released by New England in October. He then signed with Pittsburgh but didn’t appear in any games.
The 38-year-old has 689 career receptions for 10,777 yards and 77 touchdowns in 188 games with Seattle, Dallas, Tampa Bay and the Patriots.

Cartwright, 30, had spent the first eight seasons of his career in Washington, which made him a seventh round pick in 2002.
The Kansas State product rushed 64 times for 228 yards last season, his most since a 107-carry, 411-yard campaign in 2003. He also caught a career-high 27 balls for 242 yards and a touchdown in 2009.

The team also waived defensive back Matterral Richardson.
Smith was selected by Dallas in the fifth round of the 2009 NFL Draft and was subsequently released by the Cowboys and awarded to the Browns on waivers in September. Cleveland then waived Smith, who joined the Lions and recorded nine tackles and one sack over the final seven games of the season. The 23-year-old played his college football at the University of Cincinnati.

Payne spent the last three seasons with Chicago after being selected in the fifth round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He appeared in 32 games (22 starts) and racked up 195 tackles, 10 pass breakups and four interceptions in his time with the Bears.
The Louisiana-Monroe product recorded all of his interceptions in 2008.

Feagles had signed a contract with the Giants to return for the 2010 season but, according to the report, had recently informed head coach Tom Coughlin that he was experiencing physical issues. He then decided, after putting his body through some physical tests to determine his readiness, that he would not be able to return for a eighth campaign with New York.
The 44-year-old Feagles, a two-time Pro Bowl selection, punted 64 times last season for a 40.7 yard average. He also placed 23 punts inside the 20.

The severity of the injury has not been determined.
According to the report, an NFL source is indicating that the injury is to the patella tendon, though which knee was not specified. Clady played every snap last season and became just the 11th tackle to be voted into the Pro Bowl in his second season. As a rookie in 2008, he allowed the fewest sacks of any tackle in the league.

The 35-year-old Robinson started 15-of-16 games each of the last two seasons for the Cardinals and registered a pair of sacks, 54 total tackles — 35 solo — and a fumble recovery over the two-year span.
